HSE Management Plan

GTE's HSE Management Plan GTE-1000-PLN-001 has been developed to provide the framework for achieving our goal of zero harm in everything we do. The implementation of this plan allows GTE to effectively manage all HSE aspects of a project from the planning stage through to delivery.

Incident Reporting

A workplace accident/incident is defined as any occurrence or event that might occur in the working environment that has the potential to cause injuries to personnel, damage to property, or adverse impact to the environment. All incidents that: result in injuries or illness to any person, cause property damage, have an adverse effect on the environment or are classified as being a near miss event, shall be reported to the GTE Project Manager and in turn the client supervisor as soon as reasonably practical.
